The XML Slide Show V3 is a flash component designed to help you load a sequence of slides (images or animations, from Library or external), in a sliding fashion. All these without writing any ActionScript.
Features: The XML Slide Show V3 is a flash component. It helps you load a set of images and create sliding slide show. You can use even a set of animations too. These can come from a library in which the pictures are stored already in the internal library or you bring them in from an external storage. The way it is designed three slides are seen in the display at a time. These keep sliding from the right to the left.
You can override the movement and decide to go backward or forward. Controls are available. Each slide has a transparent area that can have textual description on them. All that needs to be done is to write the XML file, drag the elements to the display stage and it is all set up. You would not need to write any ActionScript. The package include all the source code. The code works with Flash 8, Flash CS3. ActioScript used is version 2.0 and 3.0. Flash player version 9 and later are compatible.
Overall: The package makes it easy to set up a simple slide show. Not too many features are available though.
