DWG and DXF are common AutoCAD file formats. DWG to JPG Converter is a batch conversion utility to convert DWG and DXF files into the most common popular image formats such as JPEG, GIF, PNG, TGA, PCX, TIFF, BMP, WMF and EMF. This is a standalone conversion utility and works without the AutoCAD application.
Features: Sometimes you need to share your drawing with others then it is best option to create image file for your drawing and share with other so that they can open in any image viewer and doesn’t need AutoCAD.
To start your conversion process, add DWG, DXF and DWF files, you can choose folder with DWG, DXF and DWF format files, click on include subdirectory option to include drawings from subdirectories. In next step select Area from the list of available options such as zoom extends, last saved view and zoom all. Layout option allows you to select layout from the available list. You can set Arc quality and Edge quality by specifying the value in text box. Select your output file format from the drop down list of supported format. Application allows you to specify image resolution in DPI, specify width and height, set color depth and background color. Utility allows you to set pen color and width or use cad default line weight. You can add SHX directories. Select output folder where you would like to save your converted files. In the last step click `Convert Now` button to start conversion process. After conversion all the converted files are stored in the output folder.
Overall: It is a nice utility to convert DWG and DXF format files into common image formats.
