The simple interface is the strength of the tool. The controls available lets you make the batch list very easily. Once you choose what drawing format files (DWG/DXF) you want to use, you can create the list through adding, deleting files and folders and also by choosing if you want to include the sub-folders when choosing a folder. You are able to choose the parameters related to the publication optimizations mention earlier. You get to choose the output folder too. PDF restrictions can be created as could the adding of metadata into the documents being created. There is a Pro version available that lets you run the converter from the command line, simplifying the production environment. If you do have a lot of conversion work, this is one handy tool you should try out.
