Cool Record Edit Deluxe is a standalone utility to record audio file, edit audio file, and apply digital effect and more. It supports wide range of audio file formats such as MPEG (MP3, MP2), WAV, Windows Media Audio, Ogg Vorbis, Audio Tracks and Dialogic VOX. It also has additional feature like text to speech, batch audio file converter, file manager to convert and merge files, CD ripper etc. This is useful to the professional who deals with audio files; as program has everything which is required to create great sounding recordings and audio CDs, including professional tools for recording, analysis and editing.

To record a new file, select sample rate from the drop down list and select channel as Mono or Stereo and create a new audio file. Application allows you to open and edit existing audio file. Application supports wide range of setting for your audio file like amplitude and compression, delay and Echo, Filter and EQ, Modulation, Restoration, Special, Stereo Imagery, Time and Pitch, Generate, Apply Invent, Apply Reverse and Apply mute. Each of these options has many more setting options. You can also crop, cut and mix, mix tracks. It has Hot Key control to assign any key or key combination to the buttons and switches on Cool Record Edit Pro for faster use.
