Publisher's description

Inbox2DB runs on your Windows based PC and connects to your POP3 or IMAP mailbox to parse email messages e.g. sent via a web form, generated by a script or sent directly. It extracts the data from the message and stores the information in a MS Excel, MS Access database, MS SQL Server, MySQL Server or other database via ODBC.
The program support POP3 and IMAP mailboxes (SSL/TLS). You can define exactly what messages should be processed by the software using filters based on keywords, phrases and email addresses.
The setup of the field relationship is easy and straight-forward.
Select the target database, e.g. MS Access, MS Excel, MS SQL, MySQL or other ODBC database, send a sample message to the specified email address (mailbox) and simulate the email processing. Inbox2DB automatically detects matching fields, but you can also define the field relationship by hand.
